Our office has gone chartless and accumulated 1000s of chart dividers that are in good shape and worth passing on to someone in need. They are color coded with labels at the bottom: Red-OP Reports, Green-Med Rcrd Release, Yellow-Diagnostic Studies, Blue-Clinical/H&P, Purple-Insurance. Fasteners are at the top.
